Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel cozy and happy in your PoppyLou pajamas! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@poppyloupajamas.com with your order number. 

Once approved , we'll send you instructions for sending your item back. 

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges:

Need a different size or style? Place a new order, then send back the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your pajamas arrive damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. 

Every pair is made with care, and we want you to feel that from start to finish.
